Actually the city is really Saint-Ouen (with a "O" and not a "Q"  , it's outside of Paris. "Île de Vannes" is just the island, on the river Seine, where the stadium is located (so that's like the district). Actually the whole island is called "Île Saint-Denis", and its southern part is called "Île de Vannes". The island belong to the city "l'Île-Saint-Denis" except the "centre sportif", which belong to St-Ouen. (not that simple !) And the venue is indeed "Centre sportif" or "Centre sportif de l'île de Vannes". I live not far from there I think the best way to write it is : Venue: Centre Sportif de l'Île de Vannes City: Saint-Ouen maybe detailing "(Paris' suburb)" next to the city name.

I actually already have a locale(just a secondary field for location information) of 'Iles Des Vannes' and a venue of 'Centre Sportif' so I think that I am covered already. That's fine, so just rename "Iles Des Vannes" to "Île de Vannes" (you don't have to put the accent on the "I", it doesn't matter much on a capital letter, as you want)  .
