Good evening. I said good evening. Well I guess that ah, I ain't really good at making announcements, but if you could cool it with the ah, you know, cool it with the um, explosives, yeah? And that's all we're gonna say about it. Well so far so good. Last time we started here it was a bit chaotic, remember? 1973. That the first gig of the, of that tour and after that tour we never worked again. So we're gonna try and see if we can still do it, and I think we can.

Thank you. Staying with ah, staying with the blues and after all you remember that Chicago is the home of the, the electric blues. I guess we should um, if we could have a go at one, we should really dedicate it to some of your finer blues people. Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Willie Dixon, Muddy Waters, Howling Wolf. You've got so many. In fact you've got.

Little bit of acoustic stuff on front of the stage for the first time. John Bonham looking very suave in a two piece white tuxedo. This song tries to revive the attmosphere of medieval England in the days of peace and quiet and soliloquy, and strange monitor systems. We shant keep you a minute. We're just tuning up a little. OK, let's try it.

Keeping things acoustic for a little while makes a nice change , a little bit of light and shade, you know? Jones, Mr. Jones, the multi-instrumental, medieval man about the house. For the benefit of the people working the monitors here tonight who ah, we have an acoustic guitar in this number here gents, so turn the bloody thing up. Last time we played here I remember the night very well cause I had the flu and nearly died, and the problems were so bad that all the equipment was doing just as it's doing now. Can you hear that? Get it right. This is a tribute to a lady who drives in a Mercedes and get's uptight.

It's terribly hard. When we kissed my hearts on fire, buring with a strange desire. There's an area in England ah, the early industrial revolution in England took place in the midlands. ah That's where me and Bonzo come from. It's called the Black Country. It's the land where the men are men and the sheep are nervous.

You need it. We're experiencing some slight problems with equipment, but if you could bear with us, we;d be very much obliged. Well we want to try and maintain the attomosphere we just, shut up. When you are called to the round table, you will hear it clearly. We're on a very low budget this tour so we've only got one guitar lead, so good night.. Raymond, who looks after Jimmy's equipment is, he comes from Scotland where things are a lot slower than they are in Chicago. Raymond, Raymond Thomas from Scotland again. He speaks English.

Kashmir. That's just a land that ah, that's just a bit further on than Scotland and taking it easy Raymond. This next ah, piece features ah, our diplomat for peace and good relations. Oh it's a soccer match. Take this toilet roll with great love. YEah, our diplomat for good relations in the United States hasn't been to jail yet, and we've been here three or four days.
